Complete Re-coating
Whether you require a full re-coating process on your property due to contractual obligations, or simply as part of a planned maintenance schedule, IDCS can advise on best practice and products for this type of work.
We understand that there are many reasons you may require your entire facility to be re-coated; weathered and aged cladding; miscellaneous damage by third parties; or a change in corporate branding and colour scheme.
Whatever the cause or reason we can advise on the best procedures to remove the existing skin and re-coat your facility, leaving a fully watertight, pristine and guaranteed finish. We realise that the last thing any business needs is to go to the huge expense of re-cladding their facility, and in doing so potentially having to suspend their trading operation due to exposure to the elements in the process.
IDCS are using some of the industries most innovative products that, in some cases, carry as extensive a guarantee as the vastly more expensive and onerous action of completely re-cladding. Ultimately recoating will also allow you to operate and trade within you facility as normal.
Edge Corrosion & Edge Peel
Using the best industry products available we will start stripping back the faulty coating using Power Washing and Grinding. Once we have a clean, uncontaminated surface we will either roller or spray the appropriate leading industry product to reinstate the surface back to its original state.
Dependant on the product used, this will usually carry a guarantee of 10 /15 years due to IDCS being an Approved Applicator for many of these leading and innovative products.
Coating Failure
Dependant on the extent of the Coating Failure we will either use power washing, or in severe cases, acid to strip away the contaminated coating. Following this, and again dependant on certain factors such as the profile of your roof or cladding we will apply the relevant product either by spraying or by roller application.
